Ali Schneider is the mother of two young boys, the wife of a college basketball coach and a National Marketing Director with the Juice Plus Company. Finding time to workout is a priority for her but it is usually in a crunch. Ali uses workouts that she can do from a hotel room, a park, her garage, or anywhere she may find herself. Ali has a Master’s Degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from Emporia State University.

Heather Bond is is a Personal Fitness trainer and nutrition coach in Santa Barbara, California
She started her studies with Exercise Physiology through the American College of Sports Medicine in 1990. She’s been certified through the American counsel of exercise, International Sports Science Association. Heather competed as an International Adventure Racer and Extreme athlete from 1993- 2003. From 1999 to 2005 Heather was a fire fighter for L. A City Fire Dept and was a Hot Shot for three U. S Forest Service.
Heathers passion is Igniting Change with in others and promoting Health and fitness.
