Snickerdoodle Protein Balls



  • 1 scoop Vanilla JP + Complete Protein
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats, ground
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp creamy nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew, etc.)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Snicker doodle sugar:

2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon


Add the vanilla protein, cinnamon, and ground oats in large bowl. Give a few stirs to incorporate all ingredients. Add in the maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla extract. stir the mixture as much as possible knowing that it will be very thick. Add a few tablespoons of water until the batter comes together and can be rolled with your hands. You do NOT want the mixture to be too wet otherwise it will not hold properly. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon. Using a spoon, form balls with your hands and roll them gently in the snickerdoodle sugar. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
